Testing and Certification
Certification is the core ITSO service that ensures every product and system meets the standards defined in the ITSO Specification. It provides assurance that solutions from different suppliers will work together securely and reliably across the ITSO network.

Technical advice and guidance
ITSO provides ongoing technical advice and expert guidance to help members work within the Specification, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance throughout the lifecycle of their products and schemes.

Onboarding

This team operates the ITSO Security Management Service (ISMS), the central security authority that underpins trust in the ITSO Specification.
Support is delivered through defined processes and service levels, providing clarity and consistency throughout the lifecycle of a scheme.
All requests are managed through the ITSO Portal Service Desk using structured workflows and agreed response times.
