Our Vision

Making Mobility Seamless

Our vision is to make public transport easier to use, more inclusive, and better connected - so passengers can travel with confidence wherever they go.

We believe that smart ticketing should work simply and reliably in the background, removing friction from journeys rather than creating it. Our role is to help make that possible at national scale.

By enabling seamless, inclusive, and affordable travel, ITSO provides the foundation to achieving the Department for Transport's goal of promoting equality of opportunity through transport.
