Dr Alice Maynard CBE holds a portfolio of non-executive and business advisory roles and serves as a non-executive director (NED) for the Financial Conduct Authority, where she chairs the People Committee. Alice is also Chair and Pro-Chancellor of the University of York Council and a member of the Government Commercial Office Remuneration Committee.

Gordon has worked in the public sector of passenger transport for 39 years, holding senior leadership roles within both local authorities and central government. He has built strong relationships with senior stakeholders across all public transport modes and the wider smart ticketing and payments ecosystem, operating across policy, strategy and delivery.
He led one of the largest ITSO schemes in the UK for approximately 15 years. Gordon combines strong commercial and financial acumen with deep expertise in audit, risk and governance, underpinned by a consistent track record of delivering complex programmes on time and within budget.
Steve leads the strategic direction of ITSO, strengthening organisational resilience through investment in people and technology. Steve has overseen the evolution of the latest ITSO Specification and brought the development and delivery of ITSO’s core products - ISAM and ISMS in-house to enhance capability and long-term sustainability.
Also serving as Chief Technology Officer of Yotra Ltd, he is instrumental in driving the expansion of secure, interoperable ticketing into mobile environments.
