NFC Open Forum: ITSO Case Study: ITSO On Mobile
CEO, Steve Holden participated in a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) case study session at a recent NFC Forum Open Meeting. Steve spoke about the 2018 implementation of ITSO on Mobile, the mobile ticketing solution delivered by ITSO’s subsidiary company Yotra Ltd, the experiences, and the benefits leveraging NFC has brought to the passenger experience.
Whilst a technology company, Steve presents ITSO's main purpose - to focus on the passenger experience, and how by making their experience seamless will help towards getting people back on to public transport post pandemic. Working with the ITSO membership, ITSO aims to develop more compelling digital ticketing solutions, ones that help shape and define the future technology roadmap for ITSO and Yotra Ltd.
