ENCTS Guidance for Operators and Authorities

The Department for Transport has worked closely alongside ITSO Limited, operators and local authorities to provide best practice guidance on the operational aspects of smart ticketing.

The guidance is particularly helpful for smaller operators as they help reduce the complexity and cost of implementing and managing smart ticketing.
