Steve spoke about the 2018 implementation of [ITSO on Mobile](https://www.yotra.co.uk/itso-on-mobile), the mobile ticketing solution delivered by ITSO’s subsidiary company [Yotra Ltd](http://www.yotra.co.uk/), the experiences, and the benefits leveraging NFC has brought to the passenger experience.
