ITSO Certification to 2.1.5 is now open!

The recent release of the ITSO Specification v2.1.5 introduces significant updates and new functionalities aimed at enhancing the passenger experience and improving the overall ITSO system. This version incorporates the latest technological advancements, and for Operators of ITSO schemes, it presents exciting opportunities — along with important changes that require timely action.

That’s why ITSO has been actively engaging with its members to support a smooth transition.

We’re encouraging all Licensed Members to work closely with their suppliers to plan their certification for Phase 2 of version 2.1.5. Early engagement will be key to maximising the benefits of this update and ensuring continued compliance.  It is great to see the community coming together — asking the right questions and proactively preparing for what’s next.
