Summary
The formal recommendations on the AGM Agenda were accepted without change or comment.
ITSO Board Chair Mike Fuhr then went on to give a review of the past year and point out the key issues on which ITSO will focus in 2012. The points made are available to download here.
CEO Michael Leach echoed Mike’s sentiments and gave an overview which is contained in the ITSO Ltd Review of the 18 months to end September 2011 which is available to download here.
